Antique German bisque head doll made by Kammer & Reinhardt ca. 1890-1900. The bisque head is by Simon & Halbig. The doll stands ca. 14" (36 cm) tall. Her bisque head is free of damage or repair, no cracks, chips or restoration. Her head is marked "Simon & Halbig K & R". The doll has an open mouth with 4 teeth, blue glass eyes with fully operational eye mechanism. Pierced ears. Old human hair wig. Wood and composition body in very good condition. Her body has some areas of age-related wear. The doll wears old and antique clothing, cotton underclothes, a batiste blouse with lace, a cotton sleeveless dress, leather shoes and a bonnet.
