Antique German bisque head doll made by Kley & Hahn ca. 1903-1905. Her bisque head is by Kestner. The Walkure mold was made for the US market. The doll stands 16.5" (42 cm) tall. Her bisque head is free of damage or repair, no cracks, chips or restoration. The head is marked "250 KH Walkure 03/4 Germany".
She has big beautiful glass sleep eyes with fully operational eye mechanism and original lid paint. Open mouth with 4 teeth. Vintage human hair wig. Composition and wood body in good condition. The doll wears old cotton underwear and a velvet dress with lace. Vintage leather shoes.
