Antique German bisque head doll made by Kammer & Reinhardt ca. 1916. Mold 117 with an open mouth. She stands 15.3" (39 cm) tall. Her bisque head is made by Simon & Halbig and is free of damage or repair, no cracks, chips or restoration. The head is marked "K & R Simon & Halbig 117 n Germany 39". Beautiful big brown glass sleep and flirty eyes with fully operational eyes mechanism. Open mouth with 4 teeth. Original mohair wig. Wood and composition flapper body in good condition. Her body has some areas of age-related wear. The doll wears antique clothing, a cotton dress with lace, a straw hat, cotton underclothes. Old leather shoes.
