This 18'' (46 cm) rare antique French doll made ca. 1907-1912 by Jumeau in Paris. Her bisque head is free of damage or repair, no cracks, chips or restoration. The pink bisque head is by Gebruder Heubach. The head is marked "1907 9". There is a paint loss area (maybe an old wig pull) behind her right ear.
Deep brown fixed glass eyes, an open mouth with 6 molded teeth. French cork pate, a newer wig with an elastic net.
French wood and composition in good condition. Her body has some areas of age-related wear.
This beautiful doll wears an antique silk dress and antique cotton underclothes. Old leather shoes.
