Antique German bisque head doll made ca. 1914-1916 by Armand Marseille. Mold number 323 – Googly. The doll stands ca. 10" (26 cm) tall. Her bisque head is free of damage or repair, no cracks, chips or restoration. The head is marked "323 Germany A4/0M".
The doll has side glancing glass eyes with original lid paint and fully operational eye mechanism. Closed mouth. Original mohair wig.
Wood and composition 5 piece body in very good condition. Her body has some areas of age-related wear. This cutie wears antique clothing, a cotton dress and cotton underclothes, a laced bonnet. The doll is accompanied by a little sheep from Ore Mountains, Germany.
