Rare antique German bisque head doll made ca. 1885-1890. Her bisque head is by Christian Friedrich Kling & Co. The doll stands 12.2" (31 cm) tall. Shoulder head with molded and painted facial features and molded blond hair. Painted eyes. Shoulder plate with a small hairline on the back side. Bisque forearms and bisque lower legs. The cloth body is in good original condition. One hand has a small chip. The doll wears antique clothing, a cotton dress with lace, cotton underclothes, antique oilcloth shoes. (1749)
