Rare antique German doll made ca. 1900-1912. The doll stands 18" (46 cm) tall. Unknown maker. Her bisque head is marked "51/8". She has a belton type swivel head with three holes on a shoulder plate. Her bisque head is free of damage or repair, no cracks, chips or restoration. Beautiful glass fixed eyes. Closed mouth. Original mohair wig. Bisque arms in very good condition, with no damage. Original cloth and leather body in good condition. Her body has some areas of age-related wear. The doll wears partly antique clothing, a beautiful dress made of antique fabrics, old leather shoes.
