A very rare antique German bisque head doll made by an unknown maker ca. 1880-1885. The doll stands ca. 20.8" (53 cm) tall. Her bisque head is free of damage or repair, no cracks, chips or restoration. The head is marked "TR 813". This type of dolls can be classified as Sonneberg Child.
This beautiful doll has blue fixed glass eyes. Closed mouth. Pierced ears with earrings. Antique maybe original mohair wig.
Wood and composition body in very good condition, no repair.
The doll wears a silk dress with lace made from antique fabrics, a bonnet, antique cotton underclothes and antique shoes.
