A very interesting lot – a small antique box that closes with a little key. Made in Germany around 1900. Inside the box are two tiny dolls, each measuring ca. 3" (8 cm), as well as a wooden shoe. The dolls are dressed in antique Pierrot and Columbina costumes, which are sewn onto the bodies and not removable. The box measures ca. 6" x 4.5" (15 x 11 cm), is lined with fabric on the inside, and features a child-themed image on the lid. Inside the lid, there is a small mirror. A wonderful find for lovers of doll miniatures
