French antique SFBJ bisque head doll made ca. 1900-1912. Mold 60. The doll stands ca. 20.8" (53 cm) tall. Her bisque head is free of damage or repair, no cracks, chips or restoration. The head is marked "France SFBJ 60 Paris 6". Blue sleep glass eyes with fully operational eye mechanism and original lid paint. Unfortunately she has lost some of her natural eyelashes. Open mouth with teeth. A beautiful new wig. Original French composition and wooden body in good condition. Her body has some areas of age-related wear. The doll wears antique clothing, a pale purple cotton dress and an antique silk bonnet, cotton underclothes. Leather shoes. An old broken umbrella, it won't open, only for decoration purposes.
