Antique German bisque head doll made by Heinrich Handwerck. Her bisque head is by Simon & Halbig. The doll stands 15.7" (40 cm) tall. Her bisque head has no damage except a firing flaw on the crown rim that occurred at the time of firing. The head is marked "Germany Heinrich Handwerck Simon & Halbig".
She has beautiful big glass sleep eyes with fully operational eye mechanism, original lid paint. Open mouth with 4 teeth. Old blonde mohair wig. Pierced ears with earrings. Wood and composition body in very good condition. The doll wears antique shoes and clothing.
