Antique French bisque head doll made by Rabery & Delphieu ca. 1880-1890. The doll stands ca. 20.4" (52 cm) tall. Her bisque head is free of damage or repair, no cracks, chips or restoration. The head is marked "R 1 D". She has French fixed glass eyes with upper and lower painted lashes. Closed mouth. Pierced ears. Original cork pate. Antique, maybe original human hair wig. Her French wood and composition body is in good condition, no repair or repaint. Her body has some areas of age-related wear. The doll wears antique clothing, a silk dress, cotton underclothes, antique leather boots.
