Kling Belton Type 123 Antique German Bisque Head Doll
Rare antique German bisque head doll made ca. 1880 by Kling. She has a belton type head with one hole and a shoulder plate. Her bisque head and shoulder plate are free of damage or repair, no cracks, chips or restoration. The shoulder plate is marked "123 bell 7". The doll stands 19.6" (50 cm) tall.
Very beautiful blue glass fixed eyes. Closed mouth. An old mohair wig.
The cloth body is in good condition, with no leakage of sawdust. Her bisque forearms are free of damage or repair, no cracks, chips or restoration.
The doll wears an antique beautiful silk outfit, a velvet hat with flowers. There is some wear to the old fabric due to age but all in all it looks really nice. Cotton underclothes and leather shoes.
