This ca. 27.5" (70 cm) antique German bisque head doll was made ca. 1916 by Kammer & Reinhardt. The bisque head is made by Simon & Halbig. Mold number 117 n with an open mouth. The bisque head is free of damage or repair, no cracks, chips or restoration. The head is marked "K & R Simon & Halbig 117 n 70". She has beautiful grey sleep eyes. Original lid paint and fully operational eye mechanism. Open mouth with 4 teeth. Small rub mark on her cheek. Old, maybe original human hair wig. Original wood and composition body in good condition according to the doll's age. She has original rubber hands with small surface cracks. Her body has some areas of age-related wear. The dress and bonnet are made of antique materials, old cotton underwear.
