French antique bisque head doll made by Jumeau ca. 1890. The doll stands 27.5" (70 cm) tall. Her bisque head is free of damage or repair, no cracks, chips or restoration. The head is marked "12".
The doll has beautiful blue French glass fixed eyes. Pierced earlobes with original earrings. Closed mouth. Old human hair wig in curls and original French cork pate.
Original French wood and composition body in very good condition with an original metal spring inside of her head. The stringing is tight.
This gorgeous doll wears an old silk dress with lace, a hat with flowers, cotton underclothes, old oilcloth shoes.
