Antique German bisque head doll made 1905-1908 by Johann Daniel Kestner. The doll is 9" (23 cm) tall. The bisque head is free of damage or repair, no cracks, chips or restoration. The head is marked "f made in Germany 174 2/0". Blue glass eyes with a fully operational eye mechanism. Open mouth with 4 teeth. Original mohair wig.
Original wood and composition body is in condition consistent with the doll's age, without restoration or repainting. Her body has some areas of age-related wear.
This adorable little doll wears antique clothing and original tiny leather shoes.
