Antique German Bisque Head Doll Heinrich Handwerck 69

This ca. 22.8" (58 cm) antique German bisque head doll was made by Heinrich Handwerck ca. 1900. Mold number 69. Her bisque head is free of damage or repair, no cracks, chips or restoration.. The doll is marked "69-12x Germany Handwerck 4".

Beautiful glass sleep eyes with painted upper and lower lashes, eye mechanism is fully operational, original lid wax. An open mouth with 4 teeth. Pierced ears with earrings. Original mohair wig.

The doll has a metal spring strung wood and composition body, which is in very good condition. The body has a blue stamp "Heinrich Handwerck Germany". Her body has some areas of age-related wear.

The doll wears an antique velvet dress and a matching beret, cotton underclothes, old leather shoes.
