Antique German Bisque Head Doll Heinrich Handwerck 109

Antique German bisque head doll made by Heinrich Handwerck ca. 1900-1905. The doll stands ca. 29" (74 cm) tall. The head is free of damage or repair, no cracks, chips or restoration. The head is marked "109 15 DEP Germany Handwerck Halbig 6". Big brown glass sleep eyes with fully operational eye mechanism and original lid paint. Open mouth with 4 teeth. Old human hair wig. Pierced earlobes with earrings. Wood and composition body in very good condition, with a "Heinrich Handwerck Germany 6" stamp. The doll wears old clothing, a costume made of antique fabrics – a velvet jacket and a hat. Leather boots. An old leather bag with a key.
