Very rare antique German bisque head doll made by Gebruder Heubach ca. 1915-1920. Character mold 10731 - Mirette. The doll stands 17" (44 cm) tall. The head is free of damage or repair, no cracks, chips or restoration. The head is marked "10731 Mirette 8".  Glass eyes with fully operational eye mechanism and original lid paint. Open mouth with 4 teeth. An original wig with two braids. Wood and composition toddler body in good condition. Her body has some areas of age-related wear. The doll wears an antique outfit, a dress made of silk and lace, cotton underclothes, a cute hat with Bunny ears, old oilcloth shoes. The small whole bisque rabbit toy is not included to this listing.
