Antique German bisque head doll made by Bruno Schmidt ca. 1904-1908. The doll stands 13.7" (35 cm) tall. Her bisque head is free of damage or repair, no cracks, chips or restoration. Her head is incised "BSW 2". She has big deep brown blue glass sleep eyes with original lid paint and fully operational eye mechanism and original lid paint. Unfortunately she has lost her original eyelashes. An open mouth with 4 teeth. Pierced ears. Old mohair wig. Wood and composition body in very good condition, no repair and no repaint. Antique clothing: a knitted dress, a hat, cotton underwear. Leather shoes.
