An amazing 13.3" (34 cm) antique bisque head doll by Jumeau ca. 1890. Her bisque head is free of damage or repair, no chips or restoration. The only issue are two small factory made firing cracks at the crown rim, no other hairlines. Her head is incised "4". Big blue French fixed glass eyes. Closed mouth. Pierced ears with earrings. Original mohair wig, a cork pate. French wood and composition body in very good condition, with an original metal string inside and a "Bebe Du Bon Marche" label on the back. The doll wears antique clothing, a dress with lace, cotton underwear, leather shoes.
