I do my best to describe the items I sell. Look at all pictures and expand them to see details, as they are part of my descriptions. Feel free to text me any further questions before you buy. All items are from a smoke-free home and private collection.
I always mention MAJOR issues such as hairline crack or other damage to bisque, total repaint in the description above. But please understand that antique dolls can´t be in brand-new condition. There will always be some minor indication of their age or imperfection caused by use, such as toned, crazed, chipped composition, minor wig pulls, touch-ups on composition/finish/paint, scratches on the body etc. It is impossible to mention all of the normal age or conservation details in the description.

Restocking Fee
We charge a 10% restocking fee on all items returned.
Layaway Policy
If you consider layaway, it is extremely important to read and understand this shops Layaway Plan, and clarify any terms with the shop owner before you enter into a Layaway Plan agreement. PLEASE NOTE: There are NO returns or exchanges on layaway items.

Payments should be on time and for the correct amount. If you cannot make your scheduled payment on time, you need to contact us. If a layaway client misses two consecutive months of payments, we reserve the right to cancel the layaway contract. By initiating a layaway plan, you are agreeing to the above terms.
Shipping costs are non-refundable in any case. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The buyer pays for return shipping and insurance.
If an item is damaged during shipment the item and all packing materials must be presented to the postal service as part of the claims process. Please do not throw away the packaging if there is shipping damage, as that will invalidate the insurance claim.
Shipping, Handling, Insurance Policy
Buyer pays for actual shipping, handling and insurance. Please contact us for adding insurance on certain items.
We are located in Germany. We usually use DHL Paket International to send shipments. The cost of delivery depends on the weight of the shipment and on the destination country.
Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with your tracking number. To track your package, simply click on the link provided.
Shipping can be combined for multiple purchases. We ship internationally. Please email for international rates or if you have any questions.
